Lululemon's Womens Running collection was started in 2007 to offer their growing audience more high impact, performance oriented product. The design challenge is to solve problems for athletes, make their training easier, comfortable and more safe. Always considering design solutions around storage, reflectivity, chafe resistance, compression, support and element protection, we provide functional apparel that serves as equipment.

Being a key member of building the run collection, from a small capsule to over 30% of the overall business, over 6 years, required a fine balance of technical innovation, fashion considerations and business needs. First as an assistant designer, then designer, I created functional, technical product that incorporates fashion influences, street trends and the most cutting edge functional technologies.
