Canada Goose was founded in 1957 in Toronto Canada, it has grown from a family run outerwear manufacturer to a publicly traded global brand. Niamh joined the brand in 2017 and has been responsible for crafting a new direction for the brand, that is deeply informed by their heritage. Her specific mandates include crafting a new chapter in womenswear that is more aesthetically progressive without compromising on performance, launching a luxury performance product offering with Branta, creating energy driving capsule collection that drive brand heat, establishing product to support Canada Goose’s sustainability efforts through HUMANATURE, and building out new categories lifestyle categories in apparel, knitwear accessories. Since March 2020, Niamh has been at the helm of the creative team overseeing both genders and all product categories, from outerwear, to apparel to accessories. Her passion is building and leading a team of talented creatives through seasonal strategy, creative direction inclusive of colour print and capsule executions as well as building long term product strategy that will propel the brand for years to come.
